Over 9 months, Capelli’s activity increased by 7.7% to 205.8 million euros. Revenue for the third quarter of 2021-2022 was up 6.1%, at 64.7 million euros. Dassault Systèmes reported diluted IFRS net earnings per share in the fourth quarter of 2021, up 15% to 0.18 euros. In non-IFRS, diluted EPS increased by 17% to reach 0.29 euro. Reported operating income is up 12.3% under IFRS; by 14.7% in non-IFRS to 502.9 million euros. Non-IFRS operating margin increased by 80 basis points to 36.8%. IFRS and non-IFRS revenue increased by 10% to 1.37 billion euros. IFRS and non-IFRS software revenue grew by 10%.
The Hopscotch Group’s consolidated turnover amounted to 154.6 million euros, and the consolidated gross margin reached 67.1 million euros for the financial year 2021, values respectively up 25% and 20.5% compared to last year. The 4th quarter reinforced the recovery of activities observed throughout the year, particularly in events activities, which grew by 48% over the year despite the health hazards observed during the period. Consulting in Public Relations, influence, and digital communication increased in volume by nearly 10%.

In the 4th quarter of 2021, Immobilière Dassault’s rental income amounted to 6.1 million euros, up 19.9% compared to the 4th quarter of 2020. Over the year as a whole, rental income was are therefore up 25.4% to 25.2 million euros.

In a press release, Groupe Partouche explains that it was surprised to learn from the press that the concession for the restaurant Le Laurent, which it currently operates, could be awarded by the City of Paris to Mathieu Pacaud and the Paris Society group headed by Laurent de Gourcuff. Sogeclair achieved a turnover of 121 million euros in 2021, down 1.6% over one year, despite growth of 17.7% to 33.2 million in the last quarter. The Aerospace division, which represents 76.5% of the engineering company’s activity, posted an increase of 2.3%, including +28.3% in the last quarter, supported by the strong recovery in aviation commercial and the good performance of business aviation (42.7% of sales). The space segment grew by 2.7% over the year. On the other hand, the Simulation (22.4% of sales) and Vehicle segments fell by 12.6% and 14.5% respectively.
Following rumors of a possible interest in acquiring Atos’ cyber-security activities, Thales reacted. The group indicates that it is “potentially interested in any cybersecurity asset that may be available for sale”. He adds, however, that “no discussion is underway with Atos in this regard”.
